Our Story
Situated in Singapore's art and culture district within the South Beach precinct, The NCO Club is a three-storey entertainment lifestyle destination housing a new generation of dining and drinking venues highlighted by lifestyle-dining Cantonese restaurant Madame Fan, and three experiential bars - Cool Cats, Fish Pool and Stags' Room.
The rich heritage and storied history of The NCO Club can be traced back to the 1950s when it opened as the NAAFI Britannia Club. In 2002, The NCO Club was gazetted for conservation by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and became one of the first modern architectural heritage buildings to be conserved in Singapore.
